Absolutely not! This program is designed for people of all fitness levels, from beginner to seasoned gym rat.

Will I need any special equipment?

While gym access or a home gym will be preferable long term, your own bodyweight and what you already have in your house is enough for most people to get started.

What if I need more assistance?
